Samantha:

I’m honored to accompany you on your journey towards wellness, healing and growth. As an advocate for mental health awareness and wellness, I bring to my practice a blend of clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity, compassion, and heartfelt dedication. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, grounded in empathy, collaboration, and advocacy. I believe in creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences openly. I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques and mindfulness-based interventions to assist clients navigating mood and anxiety disorders, perinatal mental health challenges, trauma, and life transitions. Understanding the uniqueness of each individual, I work with you to tailor treatment plans to meet your needs and goals. If you’re ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, I invite you to take the first step and book a consultation. Together, we’ll navigate the complexities of the human experience and chart a course toward healing, resilience, and empowerment.
