Group Therapy Programs in Ottawa

Explore small, therapist-led groups for adults navigating mental health concerns and life transitions. MindSpa offers programs in person at our Ottawa clinics and online, depending on the group.

What Is Group Therapy?

Group therapy offers the opportunity to learn practical tools, gain professional guidance, and connect with others navigating similar challenges in a structured and supportive environment.

At MindSpa Mental Health Centre, our groups are intentionally kept small and led by trained therapists to ensure each participant feels supported, respected, and safe throughout the process.

All participants complete a brief screening process before enrollment to ensure the group is the right fit.
