Who This Group Is For

This program welcomes inquiries from adults with an ADHD diagnosis and those who suspect ADHD affects their daily lives. Screening helps determine whether the group matches your needs.

Why Explore ADHD in a Group?

Learning alongside others can introduce different perspectives on familiar difficulties. Participants may be at different stages of understanding ADHD. The group offers opportunities for shared learning, encouragement and guided discussion.

Why Cognitive Behavioural Therapy?

Cognitive behavioural therapy, or CBT, explores the connections between thoughts, emotions and actions. It focuses on current difficulties and practical goals.

For example, CBT may involve noticing an automatic thought, considering another perspective and practising a different response. Skills develop through reflection and practice rather than expecting immediate change.

Bringing Learning Into Daily Life

Consider what you would like to approach differently: starting a task, planning your week or responding to frustration. Bringing a specific goal to screening can help the team understand what you hope to gain.

Progress will look different for each person.
