I am a dedicated child and adult psychotherapist holding a Master’s Degree in Counselling
Psychology from Yorkville University and a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience from Dalhousie
University. My approach is grounded in creating a safe, authentic, and compassionate space for
all my clients. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and genuinely
connected.

I completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University along with
Bachelor of Neuroscience with Honours from Dalhousie University. I have a passion for learning
and actively seek out new trainings to keep up to date on the latest research and
evidence-based approaches to psychotherapy like Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I
strive to always provide the highest quality of care.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide range of emotional and relational
challenges, including:

● Self-esteem and personal empowerment
● Stress and anxiety management
● Emotional regulation and anger management
● Depression and mood disorders
● ADHD & ASD
● Insomnia
● Trauma and life transitions

I primarily work from a person-centred perspective while integrating evidence-based
approaches including CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behaviour
Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), SFBT (Solution-Focused Brie
Therapy, and play therapy, when words feel hard to reach. I believe that every client is unique,
and therapy should reflect their individual strengths and needs. I work collaboratively alongside
clients to develop meaningful goals and create personalized treatment plans that support
growth, resiliency, and emotional well-being. I am passionate about helping clients build
confidence, strengthen coping skills, and feel empowered in their relationships, emotions, and
everyday lives.

My approach to psychotherapy is grounded in connection, collaboration, and individualized
care. I am committed to helping clients develop the tools, confidence, and self-understanding
needed to navigate challenges and thrive both emotionally and socially. I strive to create a
therapeutic space where children, adolescents and adults can feel comfortable being
themselves, exploring their emotions, and building on their strengths at their own pace. Every
client’s journey is unique, and I feel privileged to support them along the way.

I work with children (age 7+) and adolescents facing challenges with ADHD, anxiety, stress
management, peer conflicts and poor self-esteem.
I work with adults working through stress, depression, anxiety, insomnia and major life
transitions.
