Life’s most significant transitions deserve more than just getting through them. I work with women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause who are experiencing increased anxiety, disrupted sleep, emotional overwhelm, or a quiet
sense of feeling unlike themselves, I offer a warm, grounded space to make sense of these changes and support greater clarity, self-understanding, and reconnection to self. I provide psychotherapy services virtually across Ontario and in-person, working at a pace that feels supportive and respectful of where you are right now.
My Approach
My approach is collaborative, client-centred, and whole-person. I draw on evidence-based modalities, including CBT, DBT, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based practices and integrate them with a deep respect for each woman’s unique
experience.
A core part of how I work is psychoeducation: helping you understand how hormonal shifts may influence mood, anxiety, sleep, and stress responses. This understanding can reduce confusion, build self-awareness, and restore a sense of clarity and control.
Clients often describe my style as warm, steady, and genuinely collaborative, a therapeutic space that feels supportive, non-judgmental, and human.
Experience & Background
I bring something that extends beyond formal education: nearly six decades of lived experience, including a long-standing background in fitness, yoga, and nearly six decades of living, including a long career in fitness, yoga, and women’s health,
alongside formal training in nutrition and midlife wellness. This breadth of lived and professional experience shapes the whole-person lens I bring to every session, one that recognizes the deep connections among emotional health, physical well-being, and identity, particularly at midlife.
Having completed my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), I have spent decades working alongside women in health and wellness settings before formalizing that dedication through psychotherapy training. Supporting women through
periods of growth, change, and transition has been a consistent thread throughout both my personal and professional life.

Working Together
Menopause can feel confusing and disorienting. With appropriate support, it can also become an opportunity for greater self-understanding, clarity and reconnection.
You do not have to continue pushing through these changes alone. Therapy can provide a space to understand what is happening, identify what you need and begin moving forward with greater confidence.
I would be honoured to support you through that process.
