Psychiatric Consultation: At our clinic, you’ll find therapists who are partnered with Psychotherapy Matters, a unique collaboration with your family doctor, your therapist and a psychiatrist in real time. This means you don’t have to wait years for referrals or repeat your story multiple times. Instead, your therapist can arrange virtual psychiatric consultations right from within your care plan, ensuring faster access to medication support when needed and more seamless communication between all providers. By choosing a therapist who works with Psychotherapy Matters, you benefit from an integrated circle of care—bringing together therapy, medical insight, and holistic support—all in one coordinated process designed around you. *Psychiatrists do not write the prescription; they make recommendations to your family doctor so that they can write the prescription.
