Meet Sabreena, a talented and compassionate Registered Psychotherapist specializing in working with individuals aged 14 and up, as well as couples.

Sabreena:

With my unique background growing up in a military family, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges faced by individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges.

My passion for helping others and my personal experiences have shaped my desire to make a positive impact on the lives of those I work with. Inspired by my own journey and the resilience I witnessed in military families, I have developed a keen interest in supporting individuals and couples facing various mental health concerns.

As a psychotherapist, I am committed to providing a safe and non-judgmental space for my clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a warm and supportive environment where individuals and couples can feel heard, validated, and understood.

My expertise lies in working with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), to help my clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and foster positive change in their lives.

With my specialization in working with individuals aged 14 and up, I understand the unique developmental needs and challenges faced by adolescents and adults. I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the specific needs of each client, utilizing age-appropriate techniques and interventions to support their growth and well-being.

In my work with couples, I believe in the power of open communication, empathy, and understanding. I help couples navigate relationship challenges, improve their communication skills, and build stronger connections. I am dedicated to helping couples create healthy and fulfilling relationships, fostering mutual growth and happiness.

Beyond my clinical practice, I am an avid learner and actively engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and therapeutic techniques. I value the importance of collaboration and maintain a strong network of professionals to ensure the highest quality of care for my clients.

In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my loved ones, exploring new places, and engaging in self-care activities that promote my own mental and emotional well-being. I understand the importance of balance and strive to model self-care for my clients.

My dedication, empathy, and commitment to helping individuals and couples navigate their challenges make me an exceptional psychotherapist. My ability to create a safe and supportive therapeutic environment, combined with my expertise in working with anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem issues, and relationship challenges, allows my clients to embark on a transformative journey towards personal growth and improved well-being.
