Practical skills and a safe space to be yourself
Bronwyn supports children, teens and adults who are dealing with anxiety, stress, low mood, big emotions, ADHD, autism, sleep problems and major life changes. Families often come to her when a child is struggling at school, with friends or with anger, or when a teen is working through self-esteem, identity or screen-time concerns.
With adults, Bronwyn helps people manage stress, anxiety and depression, sleep better, handle burnout and adjust to life transitions. She works collaboratively, setting clear goals with each client and building a plan around their strengths. With younger children, she brings in play therapy when words feel hard to reach.
Bronwyn holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with Honours from Dalhousie University. She also helps facilitate MindSpa’s group therapy programs for adults, including the CBT for ADHD Group in Gloucester.

In Bronwyn’s words
Meet Bronwyn
I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard and connected. My approach is person-centred, and I draw on evidence-based methods including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and play therapy. Every client is unique, so therapy should reflect your strengths and needs.
I want children, teens and adults to feel comfortable being themselves in session, understanding their emotions and building on their strengths at their own pace. Together, we’ll work on the coping skills and confidence you need for your relationships, your emotions and your everyday life.
“Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to face it alone. We’ll take it one step at a time, together.”Book Now
