CBT-I Sleep Group in Ottawa
Evidence-Based Therapy for Chronic Sleep Difficulties
Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early can affect every part of daily life.
MindSpa Mental Health Centre’s CBT-I Sleep Group is a structured therapy program designed to help adults improve sleep using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I)—one of the most evidence-based and effective non-medication treatments for chronic insomnia and persistent sleep difficulties.
This program may support those experiencing difficulty falling asleep, waking during the night, nightmares or disrupted sleep, and a racing mind at bedtime.
