Teen & Adult Therapy in Ottawa

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, weighed down by constant worries, intrusive thoughts, or difficult emotions like sadness, anger, or grief. You may find yourself stuck in patterns of overthinking, feeling disconnected from yourself or the people around you, while still longing for relief, clarity, and a stronger sense of connection. Perhaps you’re hoping to better understand your inner experiences, recognize what may be standing in the way of your goals, rebuild your sense of
control, and feel more confident in your daily life and relationships. Taking the step to seek support is an act of courage, and you deserve the chance to move forward with greater clarity, purpose, and peace.

My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices that are thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs and experiences. I strive to create a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where you can feel safe exploring your thoughts and emotions at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Together, we can work toward understanding your experiences more deeply, making meaningful connections between the past and present, and building practical coping tools, so you can move forward in a way that feels manageable, empowering, and authentic.

Education & Clinical Background

I hold a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from University of Ottawa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton University. Alongside my clinical training, I bring diverse life and professional experiences, both within and beyond mental health settings, that help me connect with and support adults from all walks of life. I am also passionate about working with teens (ages 13–17) as they navigate the unique challenges of adolescence and move toward greater
independence and self-confidence.

Through our work together, you may begin to feel more understood, grounded, and empowered, with increased clarity and confidence in your everyday life and relationships. Reaching out for support is a meaningful and brave first step. If you feel ready, I invite you to book a free 20-minute consultation to see whether we might be a good fit. I look forward to connecting with you.
