I’m Lindsey, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) who provides individual therapy to adults and youth in Ontario, both virtually and in-person in Gloucester. I completed my Master’s in Counselling Psychology and Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.

Creating a welcoming and supportive environment and fostering the therapeutic relationship are of the utmost importance. I understand that discussing mental health concerns is challenging, and I am passionate about supporting you in navigating your therapeutic goals. Through a collaborative approach, I hope to foster a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported.

I draw from an integrative framework and am particularly interested in cognitive behavioural, solution-focused and humanistic therapies. I prioritize an evidence-based approach with measurement-based care and focus on providing practical tools which can be applicable in all aspects of your life.

I specialize in working with teens (13+) and adults with a variety of concerns, including:

  • ADHD
  • Anxiety Disorders (Generalized Anxiety Disorder, Social Anxiety, Panic Disorder and agoraphobia)
  • Depression and Mood Disorders
  • Health Anxiety
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Post-Traumatic Stress and recovery

It’s understandable to be hesitant or overwhelmed, and I would be happy to support you in your mental health exploration. A primary goal of mine is to equip you with the tools to navigate through your daily life and support your well-being. I am currently accepting new clients, so please feel free to reach out for a free 15-minute consultation. We all deserve support, and you are not alone. I’m looking forward to meeting with you.
