Calmer, closer relationships and a steadier sense of yourself
Rosemary (Rose) Clark is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at MindSpa Mental Health Centre in Kanata, offering in-person sessions in Ottawa’s west end and secure virtual therapy across Ontario. Rose works with couples, families and individual adults who want calmer, closer relationships and a steadier sense of themselves.
Many of Rose’s clients arrive feeling stuck in the same conflicts, unsure how to set boundaries, or worn down by stress they have carried for years. She helps couples communicate without escalating, supports parents whose children are not listening or struggle with emotional regulation, and works with adults recovering from a difficult childhood, navigating estrangement, or adjusting to a major life transition such as perimenopause, menopause, grief or chronic illness.
Rose also brings experience as an international parenting coach, and leads MindSpa’s 10-week Parenting Support Group, based on Child-Parent Relationship Therapy. She is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and practises under clinical supervision.

In Rose’s words
Meet Rose
I often meet people who are tired of having the same argument, or who feel like they lose themselves trying to keep everyone else happy. Many of these patterns started long ago, as ways of coping in childhood: people-pleasing, perfectionism, or shutting down when conflict starts. They made sense then. They can cost a lot now.
In our sessions, I listen closely and help you notice what is happening underneath the stress, the self-doubt or the distance in your relationships. Together we build practical tools you can use at home: clearer boundaries, calmer conversations and more confidence in your own decisions.
“My goal is to walk alongside you and support you to discover new ways of moving through life with more clarity, balance, and self-acceptance.”
Whether you are coming on your own, with a partner, or as a parent looking for a better connection with your child, you are welcome here. If you are unsure where to start, book a free 20-minute consultation and we can talk it through.
