Hello, I’m Samantha, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist with a master’s degree in social work and registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers.
I’m honoured to walk alongside you on your path to healing, growth, and self-discovery. In my work, I bring a heartfelt blend of clinical expertise, cultural sensitivity, and deep compassion. I know how difficult it can be to reach out for support—and I’m here to make that step feel safe, collaborative, and empowering.
My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, rooted in empathy, curiosity, and advocacy. I offer a therapeutic space where you can show up as you are—whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or navigating painful transitions. My clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, perinatal mental health, self-esteem, identity, relationship concerns, and emotional regulation.
My approach is integrative, drawing from a wide range of evidence-based modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). I have also completed trainings in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Internal Family Systems (IFS). I believe in tailoring care to each person’s unique needs, blending structured interventions with warm, intuitive presence.
Whether you’re processing the past, navigating a life transition, or learning to relate to yourself with more kindness, you don’t have to do it alone. If you’re ready to begin, I invite you to book a consultation—and together, we’ll chart a path forward that honours your strength and your story.
