A Group Built With Veterans, For Veterans
A new 8-week Transition & Reintegration Group at MindSpa — shaped with direct input from the Veteran community — for anyone navigating the shift from service life to civilian life.
You don’t have to sort through this on your own. This small group brings Veterans together with a MindSpa facilitator to work through that transition, week by week.

Who This Group Is For
This group is for Veterans (18+) who are moving through the transition to civilian life and want support from people who understand that experience firsthand.
It may be a good fit if you’re:
- Adjusting to a new routine, identity, or sense of purpose outside of service
- Navigating changes in relationships, work, or community since leaving
- Looking for a confidential, small-group space — not a crisis service — alongside other Veterans
A brief pre-assessment before joining helps confirm this group is the right fit for you right now.
