Thorough assessments, and the time to be heard
Brittany Parkinson is a Nurse Practitioner at MindSpa Mental Health Centre, providing virtual mental health assessments for adults across Ontario. She assesses adult ADHD, depression and anxiety, and completes VAC disability assessments and reassessments for Veterans.
Many of Brittany’s clients come to her after years of wondering why focus, mood or worry feel so much harder for them than for others. An assessment gives them a clearer understanding of what they are experiencing and a practical starting point for treatment and support.
Brittany brings experience from both primary care and acute care settings. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, a Master of Nursing and a Primary Health Care Nurse Practitioner Certificate, and her approach is holistic and trauma-informed.

About Brittany
Meet Brittany
At the core of Brittany’s practice is a belief in education, advocacy and care that fits the person in front of her. She takes time to listen, asks careful questions and makes sure every client understands each step of the assessment process.
Assessments can feel daunting, especially if you have waited a long time to ask for one. Brittany offers a calm, professional space where you can talk openly about what you have been experiencing, without feeling rushed or judged.
Because all of Brittany’s appointments are virtual, you can meet with her from home, wherever you live in Ontario.
